Who is she?
Mother Trinidad de la Santa Madre Iglesia is the foundress and president of The Work of the Church.
She has been living her consecration to God ever since her youth. In long periods of silent prayer, God ushered her into His intimate life, making her live with profound wisdom and love all the mysteries of our faith. This is how He made of her His witness, with the special mission to sing the beauty and wonders of the Church, helping Her to be presented as She really is in the sight of all men.
Mother Trinidad is currently living in Rome close to the See of Peter, and by means of all God has given to her soul she is carrying out her mission to help the Pope and Bishops with the self-offering of her life and of her sufferings for the Church.
“Go and tell it,
this is for everyone!”
of the Church,
What is it?
The Work of the Church is an Institution of Pontifical Right founded by Mother Trinidad of the Holy Mother Church.
It is made up of three Branches of consecrated life: priests, laymen and laywomen who compose the main body of The Work; present as well are other groups that embrace all possible states and vocations within the Church: married and non-married persons, members privately consecrated to God, youth and children. Different walks of life, yet all of them share one and the same mission: to deeply live their condition of being members of the Church by a humble life, always at the side of the Pope and Bishops through both life and words to help them carry out the work Christ has entrusted to them.
By means of its apostolate centres and thanks to the work in the parishes entrusted to The Work of the Church, its members seek to reach out to everyone offering them the living and delectable knowledge of God and His mysteries with the continuous effort to make their life and words reflect the light which the Lord placed in the soul of Mother Trinidad to help the Church.
Living Theology For Everyone
“It is necessary for theology to be made accessible to all the children of God giving it to them kindled up with love so that they may live in intimacy with the Divine Family”
“And as the Holy Spirit, when He kissed Her in the murmur of his love, in the caress of his breeze, in the embrace of his power and in the fruitfulness of his Kiss, made Her love of his infinite love, in participation in his charity in donation of Spouse, so the Word, when He called Her: Mother! made Her so much Word, so much! that the Virgin, as an expression of the reality that She was and lived by the power of the grace that had been poured over Her, could call God: my Son! The eternal Father giving himself to Her in such fullness of wisdom and with such an experience of the divine mysteries, that, plunged into the depth of God, She intuited overwhelmingly what the Being is himself in himself.”
What a Saturday of such glorious triumph! in which the soul of God’s Only Begotten Son, who at the same time is the Son of Man, opens by the fruit of His Redemption the sumptuous Gates of Eternity, closed since the earthly Paradise by the sin in rebellion of our First Parents; and the old floodgates are raised before the impetuous passing of irresistible power of the soul of God’s immolated Only Begotten Son, in triumph of glory.
The soul that is not understood cannot be consoled. Your soul, O my Christ, a mystery and a wonder of divine love, because it is the soul of the Word, has an incomprehensible capacity for us as regards love and pain, which on earth has never been embraced nor will it ever be. And since the soul is consoled insofar as it is understood, that part of the soul of Christ that remains not understood receives no comfort either; and, since His capacity exceeds almost infinitely ours, that mysterious, profound and transcendent part, to which we will never be able to reach out, remains comfortless, and that is why: “I looked for comforters, but I found none.”
